Our Story

Clarrif began with a simple frustration: lab reports are hard to understand. The terminology, the reference ranges, the wall of numbers — patients leave confused, and labs never hear from them again until the next time they happen to need a test.

So we started by making reports clear — plain-language summaries in 22 Indian languages, with voice. But labs kept telling us the report was only the beginning. They wanted patients to come back, referring doctors to send more, and a way to see what their results were actually telling them. Clarrif grew into an all-in-one platform that does exactly that: better reports, retest reminders, referral growth, outreach and intelligence — in one place.

Today Clarrif is the growth platform for diagnostic labs.

Our Mission

Our mission is to help every diagnostic lab — from a single clinic to a hospital chain — turn each test into a lasting patient relationship and a growing business.

Dr. Sabesan Swaminathan brings over four decades of experience in internal medicine and diagnostic care. Throughout his career, he has worked extensively with patients and clinical teams, helping bridge the gap between complex medical data and everyday understanding.

As Clarrif's clinical mentor, Dr. Sabesan ensures that our platform stays ethical and medically responsible. He reviews our AI frameworks, advises on content boundaries, and helps us make sure that the insights we provide are neutral, non-diagnostic, and easy to grasp.

More than just an advisor, Dr. Sabesan is a strong advocate for technology guided by empathy—and continues to shape our approach to responsible innovation.
